Return & Exchange Policy

If something doesn’t feel quite right:

Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return requests can be made via Instagram DMs or phone number.
All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Items must be returned first, then a new order can be placed.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are processed only after the item passes our quality inspection.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 14–21 days.

يمكن استرجاع الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
يتم طلب الاسترجاع من خلال رسائل إنستجرام أو رقم الهاتف.
يجب أن تكون القطع في حالتها الأصلية—غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبكامل التاجات والتغليف الأصلي.
لا نوفر خدمة الاستبدال المباشر. يتم الاسترجاع أولًا، ثم يمكن عمل طلب جديد.
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع، إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع تم الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
يتم رد المبلغ فقط بعد مراجعة المنتج من قسم الجودة.
بعد الموافقة، يتم تنفيذ الاسترجاع خلال 14–21 يومًا.
