Return & Exchange Policy

If something doesn’t feel quite right:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return requests can be made via Instagram DMs or phone number.
• All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. Items must be returned first, then a new order can be placed.
• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed only after the item passes our quality inspection.
• Once approved, refunds are issued within 14–21 days.

• يمكن استرجاع الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يتم طلب الاسترجاع من خلال رسائل إنستجرام أو رقم الهاتف.
• يجب أن تكون القطع في حالتها الأصلية—غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبكامل التاجات والتغليف الأصلي.
• لا نوفر خدمة الاستبدال المباشر. يتم الاسترجاع أولًا، ثم يمكن عمل طلب جديد.
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع، إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع تم الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
• يتم رد المبلغ فقط بعد مراجعة المنتج من قسم الجودة.
• بعد الموافقة، يتم تنفيذ الاسترجاع خلال 14–21 يومًا.
